The city is the place where persons and peoples meet, each one carrying its own baggage. For this reason, the city could be considered as the ideal place in which the human and spiritual heritage of each person could be put at the service of the whole community. Thus the city could become the privileged site where needs are counter balanced by resources and opportunities.
